Living
and working together as a team...
Thirty
years ago I have founded a center for ‘self growth’ on the island Ibiza
in Spain and I called it ‘FalconBlanco’.
The
place is beautiful and in the middle of unspoiled nature with plenty of
land and all facilities that twenty people can live and work here. We have
more than enough food and all what we need and absolutely no money problems,
although all services we provide are for free. We are connected with the
‘abundant source’... In the aspect with people working together with us,
in that we have a lack and that’s the reason why I’m writing now to connect
with the abundance of people here.
The
‘working together’ as a real team, that still seems to be an illusion because
people are mostly interested to receive an attractive new concept and then
they are willing to give their energy for some time. But they are not really
interested to engage themselves in a project that is not in the first place
meant to satisfy their personal needs. People finding out about themselves
and to work with the serious intention to go beyond their personality are
rare to find. ‘Self growth’ is mostly seen as growing bigger, richer, knowing
more, having more power, expanding oneself, etc. but not questioning one's
personality games to go beyond these with the intention to find something
more essential.
People
can be enthusiastic about an idea that speeds up their traditional concepts
or they like to follow a leader or guru. I am not willing to go into such
games and I reject the role of a leader, holding people in dependency and
I’m not teaching, at least not in the common sense. I only point out that
the first step is to take self-responsibility and to get out of dependencies.
Yes, and I can answer questions and give support. I provide the free space
and the opportunity to experience oneself, becoming aware about ones reactions
and learning to distinguish and to make decisions. Working with other people
and in an environment that is different from the consumer society. Hardly
anybody wants to look at him or herself and so the place FalconBlanco has
a lack of people and I’m in a conflict because nearly all my energy goes
into maintaining the place and I have projects that need my attention and
are important for me. So we urgently need the help of motivated and engaged
people so that the project can unfold and grow and together we can go on
with our various projects like distributing information about Stress Release
Exercise and meditation, etc., producing videos and audios and working
on the Internet. I would like to do this together with a team of people
with the same intention, this could be much more effective than doing it
alone... apart of that it is more fun in a team.
I
am trying with this message to find people who might be interested to join
as members. Reading this you might be touched? Or do you see a possibility
to help from where you are? Do you know some body who might be interested?

I
personally don’t need help, (although a positive feedback does lift me
up) but if you want to do something for FalconBlanco and our intention,
even you are bound to your established life situation with family, work,
etc. then it is not necessary to do something special only some reading
at our Web site, so that you know about the place and our way of life and
what our intention is. But to read our pages might even be interesting
and fun...

is not satisfied with living in this consumer society with its mainly materialistic
world view and egoistic attitudes and seriously is searching for an alternative
way of life that makes more sense and wanting to be creative and also wanting
to do something for others to rise awareness and live a healthy life, then

Please
understand me right, we don't mean to attract religious or 'spiritual'
people who are in my experience not so much different than others being
stuck in their daily life survival and not interested in questioning themselves
and their situation, only are looking for confirmation of their beliefs
and self-image. We need people who seriously are questioning themselves
and their established habits, attitudes and the social world view, people
who want to heal themselves in a broad sense by working on themselves and
doing what is available like meditation, yoga, sungazing, TaiChi, artistic
self expression, etc.
It
would be great if you remember our call when you meet people. We need only
about eight members to be fully functioning. It is not easy to find people
who are motivated and enthusiastic to live in that way, so we ask you for
help in this…
