Lobster: It does not matter what you said. The situation is different.

BeiYin: It does matter. This is a discussion group and we have an exchange, what means that we are responding to that what another member of the group had said. But if this person hasn't understood what was said before or hasn't read what was said, then it is necessary to repeat it. If something is misunderstood then it is necessary to repeat maybe with other words and from another angle. It gets much more complicate because this is not a discussion group which stays on the intellectual level like most news groups and mailing lists.
We are trying to include our whole being, what could mean our feelings and our intuition. This at least should be our intention. We are still doing our first steps, so better not to expect too much. On the other hand the intention to get people interested in a project like 'FalconBlanco' will fail if we stay with our personal needs and wishes and are not able or willing to go beyond this.
Who is looking for 'like-minded' people to get confirmation for one's concepts, believes, goals or images, will not be able to listen to something which doesn't fit into those desired pictures. I am not interested in such an exchange, where the participants are satisfied after having swallowed the others or are been swallowed. With other words: People's goal is to be confirmed in their personal structure, in their identity with their property, intellectual, emotional or their physical aspects. It is relatively easy to form a community for this, it is just necessary to formulate an offer  people can identify with and which promises satisfaction, - this will work. In this everything is clear and the person knows what to expect. Or there is a promise, which is not that clear but confirms the longing for something, which comes out of subtle needs of a person, but is still mostly unconscious. Religious promises are working with it, also magic, new age, etc.

Lobster: Are we coming together for a purpose?

BeiYin: I have created this mailing list for a purpose, this was described and because of this people have joined this list. We are still in the beginning of our discussion and it might be the most important that we ask and listen to possible answers. There is obviously nobody who has experiences with communities, so that we could learn from this person, to avoid mistakes which has been done before. We haven't even reached this point to ask about it. There were pronounced the most subtle needs, but then these were put beside as 'too spiritual' and not realistic. I am not interested to be in a community which serves in the first place to survive with one's different aspects of personality, surely not. So maybe here the first decision has to be made. In so far the question for the purpose is legitimate.

Lobster: Are we coming together for a chat and a good time and to be 'spiritual'?

BeiYin: Are we 'coming together'? I guess not yet, we even don't know each other good enough to be understood. We are not 'coming together' to be confirmed by the others or to show ourselves and get feedback on this, not being 'spiritual', funny, clever or what ever. 'Coming together' could mean that we not only have an intellectual exchange but also that we dare to express our feelings, not just to get rid of our anger. It would also mean that we share experiences which guides us beyond our personality...

Lobster: Can we create a vision? Move towards it?

BeiYin: 'Created visions' are mostly images coming out of one's personal needs and certainly will fail. To have a vision and not just a wishful picture, it is without doubt necessary to be in contact with one's inner source, or whatever you might call this. Intuition is the subtle medium to receive a vision. Depending on the clearness of the 'channel' the expression will be more or less individually colored. A vision is not a goal, towards one moves. A vision is the nearest possible, in every moment and from the first moment on. A vision has to be lived, there is no fighting for it or struggling towards it. In the moment a vision is seen, it manifests itself, the vision is present within this being who is the keeper. The vision and the keeper are one, otherwise it is not a vision. FalconBlanco is a vision and it is manifest in a high degree, - for those who share the same vision. Who don't, can't be convinced and words are lacking to explain about it in a way that all can be understood. My words can only be a key for those who knows or at least have the intuitive feeling of it. So it is a difficult situation but on the other hand quite simple.

Blenda: Ah yes, Lobster. I am picturing the image of a lobster... not a friendly picture, and not always approachable unless you are wearing your protective gloves. I have done a lot of contemplation about the interactions between all of us. It must all be grounded in love if we are to remain connected.

BeiYin: Indeed, if there is a 'vision' then there is love, because without love there is no vision. If there is one without love, then this vision is coming out of desires from personality.

Blenda: I feel that those who push my buttons and make the hair on the back of my neck stand on end are drawn by me to enable me to look at myself more closely and to see if  I really can remain grounded in love when the situation is less than ideal. He is the thorn who has been thrown into the pot and we will all be scratched when it is done. But, alas, the thorn that has bounced against the surface of others, eventually loses some of its sharpness.

BeiYin: Provocation > Reaction > Reflection > Being aware > Looking through > Self knowledge > Decision > Not reacting.

Blenda: I want to stay open to Lobster. Although his ideas are not what is conducive to the space at FB, they are creative ideas. It is possible to acknowledge that an idea is good without having to accept it or integrate it into one's life. There are lessons to be learned here, Bei-Yin. Choose love, stay in love, open your heart. FB is your space, no one can make decisions about it except you, and your heart has been right so far. You have touched others. A vision is always dynamic. I feel in my heart that you will continue your vision with a network of people who may not always be there in the physical, but are there in spirit. It's really a matter of how open we are willing to be in the presence of each other and how much we love and respect you for your own essence. Time has no significance in the inner, we must let it go.

BeiYin: I agree wholeheartedly and thank you for your words expressing truth.

Blenda: Can you open to me enough to help you keep your vision going? I have hung a tin opener in my kitchen as a symbol of FB and a symbol of my commitment to giving and sharing at FB. Feel loved, for you are.

BeiYin: Yes I can. - I see it as a realization of 'togetherness' and so a step towards 'Falcon Blanco'.

Lobster: Dear BeiYin, I have deleted the whole of your post because it is just waffle.
You have invited us to FB. You don't know why or to what purpose. You are not prepared to discuss a project through which we may expand and grow. The spiritual growth can occur around such a project and we can discuss what we would like to do as a group or community. As I keep saying you are a kind and gentle person. However if you want a community to develop and grow you must provide a structure and not just believe something 'organic' will mysteriously happen. If you can not see this. Then we are both wasting each others time. I have plenty to do. If you require help - ask. If you want to do - say what. If you want to waffle - please find someone else.
Please know I am not being unkind but I do not have time for your approach - you have failed previously and will again. I have offered what I feel is required.
    Be Well Lobster

BeiYin: Adios Lobster, thanks for your intention. Be well as well
